Upon initial log on to the SAS^® Health: Data Mapper 2.1.x application, a dialog box is displayed that contains the text string Errors Occurred.

Once you dismiss the dialog box, the application functions as expected.

The dialog box is triggered due to the occurrence of a platform error, which contains no text. Therefore, the SAS Health: Data Mapper application displays a basic error message within the dialog box.

Note: Clearing the client-side browser cache suppresses the error.
