Using MustGather for the CR Tool or the CDT Tool


This article provides steps to collect the CR Tool or the CDT Content Tool log data.

For Windows Operating Environments:

  1. Provide the actual CDT command that you executed, which carries all the input parameters.
  2. Zip the entire <CRTOOL_HOME>\logs folder.
  3. Collect the following files:

<CRTOOL_HOME>\main.sas
<CRTOOL_HOME>\version.txt
<CRTOOL_HOME>\main.groovy.sas
<SASCONFIG>\Lev1\AppData\SASIRM\<Solution FA Area>\actions.xlsx   

Note: If you are updating the content, include the actions_update_*.xlsx  and actions_apply_updates.xlsx files.
