Within SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.x, if you create a new folder within a shared workspace directory using a SAS libname statement and the dlcreatedir system option, the user who submitted the code is the owner of that new folder.

The action of viewing the folder content is performed via webtrust; therefore, the default permissions on the folder do not allow the original user (the folder owner) to view the contents of the folder. The owner is also unable to delete the folder due to the fact that they are not able to delete the files within the folder.

A fix for this issue is being considered for a future maintenance release.
