Within SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.1, if you add a group to a context through propagated permissions, the audit record generated by the action does not indicate the source context. 

The expected behavior is for the source context to appear in the audit record within parentheses.

There are currently no available workarounds for the reported behavior.

A fix for this issue will be considered for a future software release.
