When you run a flow in SAS® Enterprise Miner, the following error might occur:
Server Error
The diagram execution could not be started.
Please make sure all necessary services are enabled and running on the server.
The error occurs when you use the SAS® Deployment Wizard to create an additional workspace server, but you do not follow the required manual post-installation steps.

After the server is added, complete these manual post-installation steps.
- Log on to SAS® Management Console with the sasadm@saspw account.
- Select Application Management ► Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure ► Web Infrastructure Platform Services 9.3 ► Job Execution Services. In the JobExecutionServices Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
- In the Configure Execution Queues from Available Server Contexts section, move the new workspace server from the Available text box to the Selected text box.
- Remove the check from the check box next to Enable for interactive execution?, as shown below.
- Restart SAS Remote Services and your web application server (JBoss, IBM WebSphere, or Oracle WebLogic).
Note: For SAS 9.4 SAS Enterprise Miner versions, you need to restart the SASServer1_# and SASServer11_# if it exists.
After you complete the manual steps, you can use the newly added workspace server to run your diagram.
