If you upgraded to SAS Viya 2024.11 without applying all updates to SAS® Viya® 2024.08, SAS® Viya® 2024.09, or SAS® Viya® 2024.10, or if you upgraded without following the SAS Viya 2024.11 "Ensure RabbitMQ Feature Flags Are Enabled" deployment note, the RabbitMQ pods fail to start and are stuck in a crash loop backoff. As a result, SAS Viya will not be operative, and the following error occurs:

Feature flags: `direct_exchange_routing_v2`: required feature flag not enabled! It must be enabled before upgrading RabbitMQ
