The Share dialog box might suddenly be blank even though a list of shares was previously displayed. When this problem occurs, the Shared with these users and group line is missing from the dialog box. In addition, share information is sometimes missing from the Shared With property for the shared object, the Shared option on the All pane in SAS Drive, and SAS^® Environment Manager.

This problem occurs when one or more share rules are corrupted. The authorization log contains an error that identifies the broken rule that is similar to this one:
