SAS Visual Analytics enables you to periodically reload reports, individual pages, and objects. If you enable this feature, then object interactions might stop working when you are viewing the report. The problem persists in edit mode after it occurs in view mode.

To restore the filter behavior in edit mode, you can reopen the report. However, as long as data is set to periodically reload, the problem still occurs in view mode, and, subsequently, in edit mode.

To avoid this issue, you can upgrade to a release where this issue does not occur. For example, this issue is fixed in recent updates to LTS 2023.03, Stable 2023.04, and Stable 2023.05, and will be included in future releases. If you cannot upgrade to a release in which the issue is fixed, you cannot use the option to periodically reload data.
