When working within the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.1b application, opening an R data set for the first time within the R session editor might not display the data filter feature.

Note the behavior occurs regardless of whether R Version 4.1 or R Version 4.4 is installed as part of the 5.4.1b instance of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework.

Workaround

If you click Reset or Refresh, the filter feature is enabled and displayed.
